The role requires a four-year degree and an Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator license, with at least two years of management in long-term care. You will oversee budgets, marketing strategies, staff development, and on-call duties to maintain high morale and census.

Qualifications

• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Current Arkansas Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum two years of management or comparable experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations pertaining to long-term care.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, labor costs, payables and receivables.
• Plan and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and QA standards.
• Lead staff education, rounds, and performance management.
• Maintain on-call availability 24/7.
