Job summary

The Blossoms in Little Rock, AR is seeking a qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of our long-term care facility. The role oversees care delivery, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff development to ensure excellent resident outcomes while achieving business goals.

The ideal candidate will hold a four-year degree in a related field, possess a current Arkansas LNHA license, and have at least two years of management experience in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Maintains current Arkansas LNHA license.
• Minimum two years of applicable management or similar experience in a long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations governing long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Directs the overall operation of the facility to meet resident needs and business objectives.
• Ensures compliance with government regulations and company QA standards.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, orientation, training, and staff education.
• Develops and implements budgets, labor costs, accounts payable/receivable, and business office controls.
• Leads facility marketing and community relations and maintains strong partnerships with regulators and families.
