Job summary

Eastland Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time LNHA to join our team under new management. The administrator will drive census and revenue growth while managing budgets and supervising staff.

Qualified candidates will hold an OH LNHA license with at least 2 years in healthcare administration or related roles, and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Prior experience in staff development (hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, delegation).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Track record in census and revenue growth; experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to facilitate group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications.
