Lakewood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead as the facility's operational and cultural head, guiding teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and delivering resident-centered care.

You will thrive in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment, shaping long-term care and sustaining high-quality outcomes while engaging residents and families and collaborating with leadership on performance.

Qualifications

Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license.
Leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting.
Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations.
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Financial acumen and operational management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A leader who values integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Direct daily operations in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and excellence.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee engagement.
Conduct daily rounds to maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, and financial reporting.
Review incident reports and implement proactive prevention programs.
Engage with residents and families; represent the facility in community activities.
