Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is required.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator License required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long-term care or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensure Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensure that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Assure that all Standard of Care and services meet high quality standards.
• Oversee recruitment and retention of qualified, service-oriented staff.
• Represent the Center in the community and promote its image.
• Participate in development and execution of long-term company goals.
