Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensure Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensure that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Assure that all Standard of Care and services meet high quality standards.
• Oversee recruitment and retention of qualified, service-oriented staff.
• Represent the Center in the community and promote its image.
• Participate in development and execution of long-term company goals.

The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals. We are looking for someone who will stay long‑term and bring a measureable impact to our organization.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
• Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.
