Bridges Health, Oklahoma's 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care facility management company, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join Woodward Skilled Nursing and Therapy.

Lead the facility's clinical, regulatory, and financial directions, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and drive sustainable census growth and strong survey results while maintaining resident-centered care and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility.
• Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
• Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.
