Job summary

Bridges Health in Woodward, OK is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Medicare-certified facility. You will oversee clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial directions and build a positive census and survey history.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in business or related field, an Oklahoma LNHA license, and at least two years of experience. You will manage staff, ensure compliance, and work with the ESOP-driven, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Two (2)+ years of Nursing Home Administration experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, and strong financial performance.

Responsibilities
