Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with innovation and a patient-centered focus. Relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana, and join a mission-driven team highlighted by strong leadership and community impact.

Qualifications

Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
Must demonstrate success in LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
