Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA for our Terre Haute facility. You will lead the team with a patient-centered approach, ensuring quality outcomes and strategic growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The role requires an LNHA license (or willingness to obtain), P&L accountability, and strong leadership to advance the organization’s mission across clinical and operational domains.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain it if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to guide and grow the Terre Haute facility in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Develop talent and drive accountability across leadership, clinical, and operations.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
