Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana. You will lead a 176-bed facility with innovation, strong industry insight, and inspiring leadership to drive growth and high-quality care.

Must hold a current LNHA license, have 3 years in skilled nursing operations, and demonstrate success with clinical outcomes, staff retention, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
