Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director to lead our 176-bed skilled nursing facility. You will drive strategic direction, patient-centered care, and financial performance while building a high-performing team.

Applicants must hold an active LNHA license in state of location, have at least 3 years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L results. Knowledge of AI tools is a plus; relocation to Terre Haute is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of Indiana or be willing to obtain.
• Minimum of 3 years operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven P&L responsibility and results in prior roles.
• Comfort with AI tools and data-driven decision making is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and drive performance across operations.
• Hire, develop and retain a high-performing team with a patient-centered focus.

Seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a strong sense of innovation, keen industry insight, and inspiring leadership to guide and grow our facility in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. • Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
