Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will guide operations, drive high-quality care, and advance person-centered strategies, with a focus on staff development, financial performance, and community engagement.

The role demands a current LNHA license in Indiana or willingness to obtain, plus 3+ years of SNF leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must have LNHA license in current state or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum of 3 years operating a skilled nursing facility.
• P&L responsibility experience and comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
