Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to relocate to Terre Haute, Indiana and guide a 176-bed skilled nursing facility. The role demands innovative leadership, P&L accountability, and a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Must hold an active LNHA license with at least 3 years in SNF operations, plus comfort with AI tools to drive strategic results and staff development. Excellent benefits and relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
