Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead our skilled nursing facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will provide strategic leadership, drive quality outcomes, and oversee financial performance while fostering a patient-centered culture.

Relocation to Terre Haute is expected; strong leadership, regulatory acumen, and a proven ability to develop talent are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of location or willingness to obtain.
• Three+ years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record in clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility required.
• AI tools experience preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
