Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our 176-bed facility as Executive Director. You will guide operations, drive patient-centered care, and steward growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

Must hold a current LNHA license, have at least 3 years of SNF experience, and demonstrate success in clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and financial performance. P&L responsibility and AI tools familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current state or willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA roles via clinical, staffing, business and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to Terre Haute, IN and lead the facility as LNHA.
• Provide visionary, entrepreneurial leadership to navigate a changing healthcare landscape.
• Ensure accountability, effective communication and strategic results.
