Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a 176-bed skilled nursing facility with a focus on innovation and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have an LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and demonstrated success in people, process, and financial results. P&L responsibility is required, and experience with AI tools is preferred for strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the current state or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development, and financial results.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools is preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:
