Job summary

Elizabeth City Health & Rehabilitation in Elizabeth City, NC is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations, coordinate clinical and support teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will manage budgeting and billing processes, act as the liaison to residents’ families, and drive safety and excellence in resident care. A NC LNHA license and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in North Carolina with a minimum of two years’ experience as an Administrator.
• Proven history of successful leadership.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
