ASPYRE of Bronzeville seeks an experienced Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Chicago. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, provide leadership to directors and staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality, financial, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare leadership with skilled nursing experience, committed to accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
• Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s License must be current and unencumbered.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility and programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department directors to promote teamwork across departments.
• Develop and maintain facility policies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure residents’ rights and quality of care and life standards are upheld.

Job Summary

ASPYRE of Bronzeville is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility. Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs.

• Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments.

• Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure residents’ rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld at all times.

• Interpret and communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies.

• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement programs.

• Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals.

• Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives.

• Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI).

• Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, teamwork, and resident-centered care.

• Work closely with corporate leadership to achieve facility operational and clinical goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve facility performance, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.

• Current, unencumbered Illinois Nursing Home Administrator’s License.

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.

• Strong knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
