You will oversee daily operations, manage budgeting, recruit and supervise department heads, and foster a resident- and family-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
• Current Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and best practices.
• Professional integrity and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
