Position Details: Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills.
• Plan, organize, develop, and implement program goals to provide quality care.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively to manage diverse needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and specialty care areas.
• Possess exceptional communication skills.
• Show empathy and good listening skills to staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications:

• Primary COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Must hold an NHA license in MA.
• Two years' experience in a skilled facility preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to manage daily operations according to all regulations.
