Southwest Montana Veterans Home in Butte, MT is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and align with its mission. The role requires directing clinical, managerial, and custodial teams to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will ensure compliance with regulations, manage budgets and billing, and serve as the organization’s face to the board, families, and community, promoting safety and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

The Nursing Home Administrator job duties are considerable, and vary from building to building depending on size, level of care, managerial structure, and focus. Generally, this position is ultimately responsible for all patient care and business decisions.

Administrator Requirements:
