Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will steer operations, set strategic direction, and champion patient-centered care within a family-based organization.

Ideal candidates have a current LNHA license in the state, 3+ years of skilled nursing leadership, P&L responsibility, and comfort with AI tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of residence or be willing to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the facility with innovation, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
• Drive accountability, talent development, and strategic results for the facility.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
