Job summary
Sullivan County Health Care in Unity, NH is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide basic nursing and restorative care in accordance with state and federal regulations. The role supports residents with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and safety, under supervision.
A NH LNA license and NH-certified nursing assistant training are required; prior elder care experience is a plus. There is a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time positions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- LNA license in New Hampshire without restrictions.
- Successful NH-certified Nursing Assistant Training completion.
- Prior experience with elderly patients is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver basic nursing and restorative care under supervision.
- Attend report and inform licensed staff of observations.
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and skin care.
- Assist with ambulation, movement, nutrition, hydration, toileting, and waste management.
- Maintain resident safety and respond to emergencies per policy.
- Learn Resident Care Plans and protect resident confidentiality.
- Uphold infection control and respect residents' beliefs.
