Job summary

Fiberhire in Concord, NH is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to deliver compassionate resident care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and documentation, supporting a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Active LNA certification in New Hampshire.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior healthcare or long-term care experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable and attentive to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Help residents with mobility needs, including lifting, repositioning, and transferring between beds, wheelchairs and common areas.
• Support proper nutrition and hydration by assisting with meals and monitoring intake.
• Observe and document resident information including weights, skin condition and general health status.
• Communicate any changes in a resident's condition to nurses or supervisors promptly.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care provided throughout the shift.
• Follow infection prevention guidelines and facility safety policies.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive care environment while working with LNAs and nursing staff.
