603 Healthcare's Mineral Springs facility in New Hampshire is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our caring team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, communicate changes in resident condition, and uphold dignity and respect for every resident.

You'll work with nurses and the care team to deliver dependable, resident-centered care, sharing observations, promoting safety, and following infection-control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition and skin integrity.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
