Our Client is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant for a local contract opportunity in St. Albans, Vermont. Bring attentive clinical observations, dependable communication and respectful care to a collaborative care team. Help people receive safe, individualized support while keeping the team informed of changing needs.

Your contribution

Assist with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities within your authorized nursing-assistant scope and care plans. Observe and report changes promptly to the nursing team, support comfort and safety, follow infection prevention practices and document care accurately.

Follow professional standards, care plans and safety procedures. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and families, keep documentation timely and accurate, and contribute to a consistent, person-centered approach. Clinical work, unit details, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 37-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Current source end date is January 13, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
• Every other weekend is required. The source requires your own car; confirm the complete schedule and transportation expectations before offer.
• Overtime is not guaranteed; client approval and final schedule must be confirmed.

What you bring

• Current Vermont LNA license or certification appropriate to the selected role, with required credentials completed before practice.
• Appropriate accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within your licensed or certified scope.

• Ability to complete applicable screening, credential, orientation and client requirements.
