Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is hiring a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an evening-shift contract at St Albans Health and Rehab in St Albans, VT.

Dates are 10/27/2026 - 02/01/2027 (14 weeks); shift 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 30-minute meal). Local candidates only; every other weekend required and reliable transportation is a must.

Overtime is not guaranteed and background checks plus facility health requirements will be completed prior to start.

Qualifications

• Active Vermont LNA license.
• Current BLS certification; background check and facility health requirements.
• Local candidates preferred; reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as an LNA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and document care.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and follow facility policies.
