Domnovate is seeking a licensed nursing assistant for a local on-site contract in St. Albans, Vermont. Bring attentive clinical observations and dependable communication to a collaborative care team to provide safe, individualized support.

The assignment includes a 37-hour weekly guarantee and a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, with every other weekend required and travel not included. Candidates must hold a Vermont LNA license and complete required credentials before practice.

Qualifications

• Must have Vermont LNA license or certification and credentials completed before practice.
• Accredited education and qualifications for the discipline, and ability to provide care within licensed scope.
• Careful observations, clear communication and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals and daily activities within your licensed scope and care plans.
• Observe and report changes promptly to the nursing team; support comfort and safety; follow infection prevention practices and document care accurately.
