Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities and document care while collaborating with staff to report changes in health or behavior.

Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred, and dementia experience is desired. The role emphasizes compassionate care, resident engagement, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
