Job summary

BrightStar Care of Bedford/Manchester/Salem/Nashua is seeking a compassionate LNA or caregiver to deliver one-on-one home care across New Hampshire, promoting independence and dignity for clients.

The role supports families with daily living activities, companionship, and health monitoring, backed by clinical RN support and a nurturing team culture. Flexible shifts available, including days, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• A current New Hampshire LNA license OR at least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with seniors and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship.
• Monitor patient vital signs under RN supervision (LNAs).
• Help implement personalized care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

How You Will Make an Impact:

As an LNA or Caregiver, you are the heart of our organization. You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
