Job summary

BrightStar Care of Bedford/Manchester/Salem/Nashua is seeking compassionate LNA or Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care across New Hampshire. We emphasize safety, professional growth, and staff well-being within a supportive team environment.

You will deliver personal care, assist with daily activities, monitor basic health indicators, and help maintain independence for clients in their homes. Flexible shifts (part- and full-time) are available, with opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience: NH LNA license or 1 year caregiving experience (home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).
• Heart for service with positive, respectful attitude.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Support client assessments and monitor vital signs under RN supervision (for LNAs).
• Help implement personalized care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

How You Will Make an Impact:

As an LNA or Caregiver, you are the heart of our organization. You will provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience/License: A current New Hampshire LNA license OR a minimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience (Home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred).

• Reliability: Dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
