A leading home care provider in Alstead, NH, is seeking a Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to deliver personal care and support for seniors. Qualifications

Our Client is an elderly woman who needs help with personal care including assistance with showers, med reminders, help preparing meals, walking outside in the warmer weather light housekeeping and overall safety.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Pay Rate

• $17.50/HR

Role Overview

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in NH
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification preferred, not required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
• Valid NH driver’s license, and transportation
• Compassionate and helpful nature, good communicator
