Job summary

Right at Home Southern New Hampshire is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care for clients in the Derry area. Shift Schedule

Day or night shifts 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM. 3 days per week, with opportunities for overtime and priority fill-ins for regular caregivers.

Pay

$18.00-$20.00 per hour on weekdays, and $20.00-$21.00 per hour on weekends depending on experience.

A Typical Day as a Caregiver

• Provide personal care for clients, including cleaning, toileting, bathing, and grooming.
• Assist with everyday living tasks such as moving, meal preparation, eating, dressing, and shaving.
• Offer companionship, run errands, and provide transportation to appointments, grocery stores, or other activities.
• Perform light housekeeping: mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dishes, and recycling.

Caregiver Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle or adequate transportation.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Comfortable with housekeeping, companionship, and light personal care.
• Able to lift 10-50 lbs.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Pass pre‑employment background checks, health and drug screenings, and professional reference checks.

Preferred Experience

• LNA certification.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare.
