Genesis in Newport, VT is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This full-time role offers evening and dayshift schedules, a $3,500 retention bonus for all full-time hires, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

You will assist residents with ADLs, report condition changes to the charge nurse, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.-BR-


• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.


• Participate in the care planning process.

Posted Salary Range
