Responsibilities

1. Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
2. Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.
3. Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.

Posted Salary Range

USD $21.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
