We are hiring a Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (T-LNA/LNA) for one of our clients in Rochester, NH.

Job Description:

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the supervision of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report any changes in patients' and residents' conditions, as well as patient/family concerns or complaints, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in care planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.

Work Hours:

• Shift: Second Shift
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes

Notes:

• Set schedule with every other weekend required
• Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
