Responsibilities

1. Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
2. Report changes in patients' and residents' conditions, as well as patient/family concerns or complaints, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
3. Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
