Overview

The OB/GYN clinic is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team!

There are multiple subspecialties within OBGYN, including Maternal Fetal Medicine, Midwives, General OBGYN, Pediatrics, Urogynecology, Oncology, Vulvar, and Transgender Clinics. The role offers opportunities to assist in procedures such as Colposcopy, LEEP, D&C, Urodynamics, and Cystoscopy.

LNAs in the OBGYN clinic are responsible for managing the flow of the clinic and rooming patients efficiently in a high-volume environment, working alongside MAs and LPNs. Duties include obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations, conducting point-of-care testing, bladder scans, assisting with procedures, and chaperoning exams. Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, teamwork, and good communication skills.

This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays!

We are currently offering a $2500 LNA sign-on bonus for eligible hires!

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities and supports personal needs and comfort of patients under supervision.
• Assists nursing staff with duties such as ADLs, collecting clinical data, vital signs, heights, weights, specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and recording results.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment by keeping hallways clear and managing linen supplies.
• Assists visitors and answers phone calls.
• Supports new staff in learning department procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in keyboarding and computer use required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Required Licensure/Certifications

• Licensed Nursing Assistant in the State of NH required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
