About the Job:
The Community Hospice House recently completed a transformative expansion and renovation project to meet the growing need for compassionate, end‑of‑life care in southern New Hampshire. The facility added 6 new private patient suites, increasing its total room count from 10 to 16. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the Community Hospice House, you’ll play a key role in delivering compassionate, high‑quality personal car. You’ll work under the direction of an RN and collaborate closely with the care team to support patient comfort, safety, and well‑being. This role is hands‑on, relationship‑driven, and essential to helping patients remain safe and comfortable.
