Job summary

Home Health & Hospice Care in Merrimack, NH, is seeking a registered nurse for our home health division. You will admit patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, use the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate care, and document comprehensive OASIS assessments to guide care plans with patient and family involvement.

The role focuses on the Nashua/Hudson area with a secondary focus on Londonderry, Derry, Windham, Salem and Pelham; full-time, weekdays, no weekend shifts, with

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Associates degree in nursing.
  • Registered as RN with New Hampshire’s Board of Nursing.
  • A minimum of one (1) year recent acute care experience.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and competent in problem solving abilities.

  • Admission to HHHC's homecare division.

Description

40 hours / week: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. No weekends, but must work one winter and one summer holiday each year.
Primary territory would be Nashua/Hudson. Secondary focus would be the Londonderry, Derry, Windham, Salem, Pelham area.

Associates or better in Nursing.

Preferred

Bachelors or better in Nursing.

1 yr. acute care experience in med/surg or acute rehab preferred
