Koelsch Communities seeks a licensed RN for the Resident Services team at The Hampton & Ashley Inn on a part-time evening shift (2PM–10PM) in Washington. New grads welcome; earn $40–$41/hour with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Role focuses on nursing care, charting, and collaboration across departments to enhance resident independence and safety, supported by a modern EHR system and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Washington.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Perform medication administration and assistance.
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
