Job summary

Koelsch Communities seeks an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join the Creekside Inn Resident Services team. New nursing grads are welcome. PRN opportunities with multiple shifts.

We offer benefits and growth, with pay between $38 and $42 per hour based on experience. Full-time staff receive medical benefits; part-time receive Dental and Accident coverage. An advanced EHR system helps streamline nursing tasks and resident care.

Qualifications

• Current registration as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of the job (or in a state with reciprocity).
• Drug-free and able to pass drug screening on hire.
• Able to pass criminal background check as required by state regulations.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed per policy and state rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and public.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Administer medications and provide assistance.
• Assess resident needs, document nursing process through charting by exception.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting-edge EHR System to save nurses time!

What you'll do:

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ), Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ), or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of XXXXXXXXX
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
