Job summary

Koelsch Communities’ Creekside Inn is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our Resident Services team on a PRN basis. New nursing grads are welcome to apply and there are multiple shifts available.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and work with all departments to uphold high standards for resident support and independence. An advanced EHR system helps streamline charting and care planning.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN/RN license in the state of practice.
• Drug screening required upon hire and routinely.
• Criminal background check required.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments.
• Administer medications and provide assistance.
• Assess resident needs and document nursing process.
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and practice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting-edge EHR System to save nurses time!

What You'll Do

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ), Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ), or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of XXXXXXXXX
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
