Koelsch Communities, operating The Hampton & Ashley Inn, is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming setting within the Resident Services department.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with pay between $21 and $22 per hour depending on experience. Shifts include DAY, EVE, and NOC, plus a 4 on-2 off schedule. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA in WA state.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First-Aid certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, mobility.
• Engage residents in conversations and activities.
• Respond promptly to care needs and obtain assistance when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold resident rights.
• Observe for changes in condition and report to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and resident-centered CNA to join our Resident Services Department at The Hampton & Ashley Inn!

Full-time and Part-time opportunities!

Multiple Shifts! DAY, EVE, 2PM - 10PM; NOC, 10PM - 6AM; 4 on - 2 off schedule.

Who you are:

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What you'll do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
• Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary.
• Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
• Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
• Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) in Washington State.
• NARs, EAs, RAs, and/or HCAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA.
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
