Creekside Inn in Idaho is seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our Resident Services team. New nursing grads are welcome to apply and we offer full-time and part-time opportunities.

Earn between $38 and $42 per hour, depending on experience, with 7AM - 3:30PM shifts (Sun - Thurs). We provide a cutting-edge EHR system, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within Koelsch Communities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as LPN, LVN, or RN in Idaho.
• Must be drug-free and pass background checks where required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and administer medications as prescribed.
• Perform non-invasive resident assessments and document findings.
• Monitor resident needs and responses to care, and chart accordingly.
• Follow nursing standards of conduct and practice and support care plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are a licensed healthcare professional who has a passion behind your practice! You safely provide nursing care to residents, administer medications, and work closely with all departments to achieve the highest standards for resident assistance and independence. We offer a cutting-edge EHR System to save nurses time!

What you'll do:

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Perform medication administration and assistance
• Assess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ), Licensed Vocational Nurse ( LVN ), or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of XXXXXXXXX
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
