Dawson Springs Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN to join the night shift team at our Dawson Springs, KY facility. This full-time/part-time position focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to care plans and policies.

The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky license, CPR certification, and values teamwork, safety, and respectful resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in Kentucky.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
