Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Springfield, KY area facility. The role supports nursing care, patient assessment, and effective care planning for residents in a 12-hour shift structure.

Starts with competitive pay and strong benefits; same-day pay available and opportunities for overtime and shift differentials. Full time and part time options are described, with emphasis on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current State of Registered Nurse licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs assigned unit duties to provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, Local, and company regulations.
• Explains procedures and treatments and care plan to resident.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
• Transcribes physician's orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• No med pass
