Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Wolfeboro, NH. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, respecting residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, with competitive pay and supportive growth opportunities.

Shifts are scheduled 3PM-11PM with rotating days in Week 1 and Week 2. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered, and full-time modified compensation options may apply, reflecting experience and shift

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in NH

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Week 1: Sun, Mon, Fri

Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Sat

Compensation

$21 - $27 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
