Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to join our skilled nursing team in Wolfeboro, NH. You will provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with ADLs, monitoring conditions, and supporting their emotional well-being.

The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional growth. Weekday and weekend shifts are available according to our rotating schedule (7AM - 3PM), and a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Available Shifts

7AM - 3PM

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat

Week 2 - Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat

Compensation

$21 - $27 based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Key Responsibilities
